MCC signed a 1.5 million ton pulp and paper project

MCC holdings will invest in the construction of a 1.5 million ton pulp and paper project in Yuanjiang City, jointly building a strong brand in China's paper industry

MCC group is a super large state-owned backbone enterprise group under the jurisdiction of the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, with a registered capital of 2.96 billion yuan. In 2005, it ranked 39th among the top 500 domestic enterprises, and 27th among ENP's largest engineering contractors in the world. Hunan taigelin Paper Group Yuanjiang Paper Co., Ltd. has a total asset value of 11 billion yuan, placing the ceramic aluminum industry in an important position in the development of Huaibei industry. It is one of the "top 100 tax paying enterprises" in Hunan Province

the first phase of the project is 600000 tons of pulp and paper, with an estimated investment of 2billion yuan. MCC group and taigelin paper account for 51% and 49% of the shares respectively. The construction period is two years. It is planned to start construction at the end of this year and be completed and put into operation by 2008
